4.1 Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.1 Campaign Creation: Advertisers may create campaigns by selecting targeting criteria, budget, bid amounts, and uploading creative content.
5.2 Prohibited Content: Advertisers may NOT promote:
Illegal products or services
Adult or pornographic content
Weapons or explosives
Counterfeit goods
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Misleading or deceptive offers
Malware or harmful software
Unauthorized prescription drugs
5.3 Payment: Advertisers must maintain a positive balance in their account. Ads will stop serving when the balance is depleted. We accept various payment methods as specified on our Platform.
5.4 Refund Policy: Prepaid balances are refundable upon account closure, minus any applicable fees. Used funds are non-refundable.
6.1 Ad Placement: Publishers agree to display ads on their websites in accordance with our placement guidelines.
6.2 Prohibited Traffic: Publishers may NOT generate traffic through:
Bots, scripts, or automated means
Click farms or incentivized clicking
Iframes or forced clicks
Pop-unders or intrusive pop-ups
Purchased traffic from low-quality sources
6.3 Payment: Publishers earn revenue based on valid impressions, clicks, or conversions as specified in their campaign terms.
6.4 Payout Schedule: Payments are processed according to our payout schedule, which may include minimum threshold requirements. Withdrawal methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and cryptocurrency options .
All Users agree NOT to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Interfere with the proper functioning of our Platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
8.1 Our IP: The BuzzHub AdSpace name, logo, design, and software are owned by BuzzHub Digital and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you submit to our Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.
9.1 By You: You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be paid within a reasonable time. You will lose access to your account and any data stored on our Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzHub AdSpace and BuzzHub Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Platform .
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
Our Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
